I am so proud of my wife, Jaelin. She has started her own Psychedelic Therapy Practice, Entheos Aspen as a Certified Psychedelic Therapist and Transformational Life Coach.
As many of you know, I’ve been an outspoken proponent for mental health in the startup and entrepreneurial realms and I’ve done a ton of my own deep personal work, including quite a bit of work with psychedelics – which have been transformative for me as a husband, a friend, a leader and as as an entrepreneur.
In a time when anxiety, depression, stress, burnout rates are at an all time high, I’m proud to say that Jaelin is helping people lead more fulfilling lives, break old patterns and optimize performance.
A little context;
After graduating with a Bachelors in Nursing, working in the ICU, Surgical Spine, and Psychiatric nursing roles, it was hard on our marriage to be on opposite schedules so she pushed the pause button on that career. For a handful of years we worked side-by-side within Technical Integrity. We were traveling and working in Europe when the pandemic shut everything down, including many of our clients at TI. This gave Jaelin time to reflect on what would give her the most purpose and meaning professionally. Her heart and soul belongs in the Roaring Fork Valley where we live. Knowing the mental health crisis that our community is so pronounced (we have seven times the national average for addiction and three times the national average for suicide) she wanted to be of service and help in healing our community.
After several years of training, that dream has come to fruition and Jaelin is now a Certified Psychedelic Therapist and Life Coach working to support people in their healing process. You can read more about her background and her focus areas here.
An important differentiator in what is quickly becoming a crowded field of psychedelic therapy- because of her clinical background and deep experience in health and wellness prior to nursing, Jaelin has completed multiple training programs, including the Ketamine Training Center for Ketamine-Assisted Therapy and the California Institute for Integral Studies certificate program, which is the Gold Standard for Psychedelic Therapy and Research. This indeed is a true honor. This included training with the Multidisciplinary Association of Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) for MDMA-Assisted Therapy for PTSD and Johns Hopkins Center for Psychedelic and Consciousness Research for Psilocybin-Assisted Therapy. These institutions have been researching the healing potential of these medicines for the treatment of mental health conditions for over 20 years.
While I acknowledge that I am biased because she is my wife, I can say that truthfully, Jaelin has an incredible gift in supporting people in processing and healing challenging life experiences so that they can go on to lead healthier, happier, more authentic lives.
Jaelin has already helped several of my close friends and colleagues focus on their own deep personal work and growth. On that note- if you decide to work with Jaelin, everything is 100% confidential.
