It’s almost hard to fathom that 14 years have passed since I started Technical Integrity in 2010.
It’s humbling to hear about the trust we’ve engendered and the impact we’ve made around the country.
I am beyond grateful.
We’ve been honored to commit thousands of hours of community building since our inception to bring people together without expecting anything in return. Living by the Give First ethos has been life changing.
It’s so incredibly meaningful to us to have donated nearly $100,000 to non profits and small groups and businesses to help them start scaling- and we will continue giving!
To be considered a true partner by mission-driven software organizations that ensure the integrity of national elections, promote equity and belonging in tech, guarantee access to basic social services, offering highly rated childcare with background checks, still others that build systems and best practices that simplify parental leave initiatives, and helping to scale investment firms that support more sustainable and radical innovation; we could not be more proud to have built those engineering, executive, product and sales ad investment teams around the country.
To have partnered with a multi-billion dollar hyperscaler company to hire their Head of Cybersecurity, and to have assisted large enterprise organizations attracting and retaining critical CTO roles, Heads of AI, Vice Presidents of Engineering, Operational SVP’s and Heads of Sales- it’s certainly something to celebrate, for all parties.
We genuinely CARE about these outcomes. We’re proud to approach each partnership with deep empathy and understanding of the criticality of both long term cultural alignment as well as ensuring deep technical acumen.
And yes, it’s true- I’m sometimes prone to ridiculously long run-on sentences, poor use of the Oxford comma, starting sentences with prepositions and telling jokes loaded with sarcasm : )
Most of all, we want to thank YOU, our community, our friends and our trusted advisors and partners. We would not be here without you.
We have so much more to share in the coming weeks and months about new offerings, new partnerships, new intimate, deeply meaningful events that foster unity, connection and understanding of our fellow humans.
We hope you’ll continue to join us on our journey.
We will always be grateful for you.
Please let us know how we can be of assistance to you and your colleagues in the coming weeks and months. We’re just getting started.
– Dave and the Technical Integrity team
