I have spent thousands of hours bringing people together in #Boulder and #Denver in the #startup ecosystem over the past 13 years as CEO of Technical Integrity. I love #community building and fostering #GiveFirst connections.
One of the most meaningful moments came on stage at the end of Conscious Entrepreneur Summiit in #Boulder with my fellow organizers Alex Raymond Chris Schwalbach Julie Penner David Blutenthal and Sonya Hausafus. We had been planning the second year of our event for more than six months and all of a sudden it was over, but we knew we had built something incredibly special.
The deeply authentic, moving and vulnerable conversations we had in that room over two days with more than 200 attendees was absolutely humbling. The business world needs more of these “REAL” conversations around failure, resilience, conscious investments, team building around empathy and mental fitness.
