We have an amazing line up for the tenth anniversary of Boulder Startup Week, and the Developer track is better than ever!
I will be moderating two panels on hiring, one on Tuesday with an emphasis inclusion and diversity when hiring leadership roles, and one on Wednesday on building the best startup engineering teams in the universe.
There are a TON of other deeply technical/geeky events in the Dev track, listed below (and a mere 300 others to see beyond our track).
We are also sponsoring an HUGE mash-up happy hour on Tuesday from 4-6:30p at Galvanize, alongside @womenwhostartup @namedotcom @radialdevgroup and the Data Science track where we will be pairing mentees with mentors, and just having a good time building community.
Ah yes- Wednesday evening is all about Ignite Boulder, which sells out every year, and we are welcoming back our good friend @pug as our emcee for the first time in seven years!

Lastly- don’t forget- Startup Week is all about collaborating, growing and learning. Invite folks into your conversations that you’ve never met. Offer to help them achieve their goals for the day or for the year. Offer your expertise with no expectation of anything in return.
