Sometimes when you meet someone in your community, you just CLICK. Everything aligns with regards to ethics, morals, values, world-view. It’s rare in the professional realm- and don’t get me wrong- we like to be challenged in our world view, but when you meet someone with THAT much alignment, it’s important to foster that connection.
Neither Analiese Brown, VP of People at Campminder, nor I remember exactly when we met but we both believe it was about a decade ago. We have long been looking for an opportunity to work together to build teams that LOVE what they do. We are both passionate about fostering the growth of amazing company cultures especially in the SaaS realm.
We’ll – that day has come. We’re thrilled to be partnering with our friends at Campminder, a 22 year old (GASP) profitable software company that’s doing great things in software to make the world a better place.
As evidence of the great work Analiese, Antonio, Bryan and the rest of their team are doing at Campminder – they have consistently been on Best Companies to work for lists and their Glassdoor ratings are an incredible 4.9 out of 5 stars.
We delineate all the specifics of their mission, their core values, their teams and of course the technical challenges that you’d be able to embrace, while growing personally and professionally on this growing team.
If you are an accomplished DevOps Engineer with experience in high availability Windows and Linux environments, please drop me a line at dave at technicalintegrity dot com. The roles are below!
